ok i know this seems weird but i have been reading, haha i know thats RARE, but heres the deal, i have had this problem.. im not sure if i've always had it or not.. but i tend to see something and think of the worst thing that it could do to me, anyways i was reading GIRL INTERRUPTED and this is an except:

So i don't really imagine it like i want to kill myself it just hits me.. like a flash of lightning. i'm not suicidal, i;m sure but its still weird...
